We work with people to help them improve where they live and their quality of life. This includes helping them to have meaningful involvement to a point where they begin to take on the skills and knowledge to catalyse community change by themselves. Our teams are experienced in getting people to speak out and bringing together people from different backgrounds and age groups, reducing conflict and boosting social integration. We use techniques such as Participatory Engagement.
In the longer term we aim to guide each community towards a self-sufficiency where they have the ability to organise events, work with their local councillor, fundraise to support community projects, engage their local young people and plan for the future.
