Our projects aim to help people live healthier, happier lives by providing programmes of activity that focus on increasing physical activity, encouraging healthier eating and promoting mental wellbeing.
Our projects are flexible and respond to the needs of each community. We support groups and individuals to participate in activities - from food growing on allotments, school growing clubs or container gardening in community centres, to cycling proficiency training and bike maintenance lessons.
We collaborate with a range of partners concerned with the reduction of health inequalities to achieve shared objectives, including PCTs, Schools, Police and Fire Service, Local Authorities, Surestart and Age Concern.
