Our staff aim to give more people and communities the opportunity to develop new facilities and get involved in and benefit from sports.
We help communities design, develop and fund sports facilities at a neighbourhood or club level so that they can meet their aspirations. This can range from sports pitches and multi-use games areas to wheeled sports areas and cycle tracks.
We also help local people set up, run and establish sports clubs, organise training sessions and have helped some groups train their own members to become coaches in their own right.
Ensuring that local people are involved throughout, is central to the way we work and has been crucial to the success of the projects we are involved in.
