A study was commissioned to explore the business potential and challenges faced by residents and businesses located on Milkstone Road and Tweedale Street in Rochdale.
Three main areas were highlighted, namely economic, environmental and social renewal. Groundwork Oldham & Rochdale were commissioned to implement environmental and capital works aiming to raise the profile of Milkstone Road, Tweedale Street and the surrounding areas, encouraging an expansion of the business and enterprise within the neighbourhood.
