We work with housing associations and other housing providers across the country to change places and lives for tenants. Just like you, we want to create great estates across the country where people want to live.
Our key services include:
Working with Tenants and Residents: including community consultation, training and empowerment of community groups, and intiatives to promote community cohesion.
Employment schemes: to help your tenants gain skills and move into real work
Young people: giving them somewhere to go and something to do
Open space development: from community garden to whole estate masterplanning

Location: Rochdale An innovative voluntary training project that combines housing regeneration and support for unemployed people.
Location: Rochdale Helping local unemployed people to gain new skills and work experience whilst making improvements to their neighbourhood.
Location: Wallasey, Merseyside From vandalised grassy area to pleasant communal garden for 200 residents.
Location: Runcorn The run-down play area at Caesar's Close needed a thorough makeover - and we did just that by working with the local community and Plus Dane Housing.
Location: Rochdale Providing opportunities to previously unemployed young people whilst enhancing public spaces across Rochdale.
Location: Oldham We trained a group of local volunteers to help people in their homes with the aim of combating fuel poverty.
Location: Heywood Our award winning Housing Retrofit scheme transformed an old council house property into a beacon of sustainable living
Location: Bottom of St Georges Rd next to the underpass, Halliwell, Bolton Groundworkâs Green Team is made up of young people who have little previous work experience. They improved an area next to the town centre which had become over grown and provided a hideaway for antisocial behaviour.
Location: Preston We worked with residents and staff from Places for People to create a roof-top urban oasis in the heart of Preston
Location: Derker, Oldham We created a new play area at Stoneleigh Park - the first of our Playbuilder commissions.
